Abstract: Tidal breathing lung function test is currently an effective measurement tool that can be used to understand lung development，disease progression，and treatment effects in infants. Most patients with bronchial asthma have the onset of the disease in infancy and young childhood. Therefore，it is particularly important to check the lung function of children early. This article describes the relationship between tidal lung function and asthma in infant  and highlights the clinical value of tidal lung function test in the diagnosis of infant asthma and its prognostic evaluation.

摘要： 潮气呼吸肺功能检测技术是当前可用于了解婴幼儿肺发育、疾病进展和治疗效果的有效测量工具。支气管哮喘大多起病于婴幼儿期，因此，早期对患儿进行肺功能检查尤为重要。该文阐述了潮气呼吸肺功能与婴幼儿哮喘的关联，介绍了潮气呼吸肺功能检测对婴幼儿哮喘诊断及预后评估的临床价值。
