Diagnosis and treatment of IgA vasculitis in children

摘要： IgA血管炎（IgAV）是以小血管受累为主的系统性血管炎，病程具有自限性，大多预后良好，以可触及紫癜、关节炎或关节痛、胃肠道受累和肾脏受累为四大主要症状表现，无特异实验室指标异常，消化内镜及肾脏活检可协助诊断。不同的受累程度及受累部位对应着不同治疗方案，主要包括：一般治疗、积极抗炎、糖皮质激素治疗、丙种球蛋白治疗及血液净化方案。了解IgAV临床表现及疾病特点，掌握治疗手段，可协助疾病早期诊断，减少住院时间，避免并发症出现。

Abstract: IgA vasculitis（IgAV），belonging to systemic vasculitis，mainly involves small vessels and has a good prognosis and is self-limited. I+has 4 main symptoms of palpable purpura，arthritis/arthralgia，gastrointestinal tract and kidney involvement. There are no specific abnormalities in Endoscopy and kidney biopsy can be used to assist the diagnosis. In termsof different degree and organ of IgAV，multiple therapeutics chedules，mainly including general treatment，anti-inflammatory therapy，glucocorticoid therapy，immunoglobulin therapy and blood purification，can be used. Pediatricians should master the clinical manifestations and characteristics of IgAV and diagnose correctly at early as possible in order to shorten the length of stay in hospitals and reduce the occurrence of complications.
