摘要： 川崎病是一种以全身急性血管炎性病理改变为主的自身免疫性疾病，是儿童获得性心脏病的主要病因。川崎病可引起冠状动脉病变的发生，其病因和发病机制目前尚不清楚。随着川崎病发病率的逐年上升，越来越受到临床医生的关注和重视。该文主要综述了川崎病的病因，发病机制及治疗的研究进展。

Abstract: Kawasaki disease（KD） is an autoimmune disease mainly characterized by systemic acute vascular inflammatory pathological changes and is the main cause of acquired heart disease in children. KD mainly causes the occurrence of coronary artery lesions. Its etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear. With the increasing incidence of KD，it attracts more and more attention from clinicians. In this paper，the etiology，pathogenesis and treatment of KD are reviewed.
