摘要： 特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis，AD)是一种以剧烈瘙痒为特征的慢性炎症性复发性皮肤病，患病率呈逐年上升趋势，严重影响患儿的生活质量甚至生长发育。儿童AD的传统药物治疗主要为局部外用皮质类固醇激素，但长期使用或不当使用可能产生诸多安全问题，存在一定局限性。近年来，随着对AD发病机制的深入研究，新型药物不断问世，给临床带来了一些新的治疗方法和理念，但是如何规范使用、制定合理治疗方案、长期管理此类患儿以及提高患儿及其家庭的生活质量，是目前面临的巨大挑战。该文就儿童AD的规范治疗与长期管理进行述评。

Abstract: Atopic dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory recurrent skin disease characterized by severe pruritus. The prevalence rate is increasing year by year，which seriously affects the quality of life and even growth of children. Traditional treatment for children with atopic dermatitis mainly includes topical corticosteroids，but long-term use or improper use may cause many safety problems，and there are some limitations. In recent years，with the in-depth study of the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis，new drugs continue to come out，which has brought some new treatment methods and ideas to the clinic. However，how to standardize the use，formulate a reasonable treatment plan，perform long-term management of such children，and improve the quality of life is a great challenges we are faced. This article reviews the standard treatment and long-term management of children with atopic dermatitis.
