摘要: 特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)是一种儿童常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,其发病机制尚不清楚。研究证实,人体微生态异常与AD关系密切,皮肤和肠道菌群紊乱在AD 的发生和发展中起着重要作用。益生菌可纠正菌群紊乱,具有调节免疫、抗氧化、抗菌等作用,有助于微生态稳态的恢复。国内外专家已针对益生菌制剂在儿童AD防治中的作用进行了多年临床研究,初步证实益生菌可作为预防和辅助治疗儿童AD的方法之一。

Abstract: Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease in children,and its pathogenesis is unclear. Recent studies have shown that abnormal microeeosystem plays an important role in the pathogenesis of AD. Skin and gut microbiome disorders play critical roles in the pathogenesis and progression of AD. Probiotics can correct the disorder of flora,regulate immunity,fight oxidation and fight bacteria,and contribute to the recovery of microecological homeostasis. Experts have conducted many years of clinical studies on the role of probiotics in the prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis in children,and it has been preliminally confirmed that probiotics can be used as one of the methods for the prevention and adjuvant treatment of atopic dermatitis in children.
