摘要： 幼年特发性关节炎（juvenile idiopathic arthritis，JIA）是一组原因不明、高度异质性的儿童时期最常见的慢性风湿性疾病。该病除了关节受累外，还可出现眼睛以及全身器官的受累。由于该病高度的异质性，合理的分类标准对疾病的精准诊治及临床研究尤为重要，为此国际风湿病组织不断地更新着JIA的分类标准。随着对JIA发病机制的深入研究，新型生物制剂不断问世，让医生有了更好的选择，更加精准地诊治疾病。文章就JIA目前的诊断和治疗进行述评。

Abstract: Juvenile idiopathic arthritis（JIA）is a group of highly heterogeneous childhood chronic rheumatic diseases whose etiology and mechanism are not defined. In addition to joint involvement，the disease may also involve the eyes and systemic organs. Due to the high degree of heterogeneity of the disease，a reasonable classification standard is particularly important for precise diagnosis and treatment of the disease and clinical research. For this reason，the International Rheumatology Organization continuously updates the JIA classification standard. With the in-depth research on the pathogenesis of JIA，new biological agents continue to come out，providing us with better choices and more precise diagnosis and treatment of diseases. This article reviews the current diagnosis and treatment of JIA.
