Abstract    It is currently difficult to reach a consensus on whether mesh repair should be routinely applied for hiatus hernia, in accordance with domestic and international guidelines and consensus. Hence, it is of utmost significance to utilize efficacious evidence-based medicine evidence derived from a substantial quantity of clinical data to comprehend the uniqueness of hiatus hernia. It is recommended to utilize the mesh in a selective manner in the management of hiatus hernia, not to be applied routinely; at the same time, the mesh should be applied individually based on the situation of patients, for example, weak diaphragm crura, suture tension and so on. The above is of great significance in enhancing the therapeutic efficacy of patients with hiatus hernia, and mitigating the likelihood of recurrence and postoperative complications

摘要： 目前，关于食管裂孔疝修补术中是否常规应用补片，国内外指南和共识尚未达成一致，故有必要利用大量临床数据形成的有效循证医学证据充分了解食管裂孔疝的特殊性。建议有选择性地使用补片治疗食管裂孔疝，而不应常规应用补片；同时，须根据病人的具体情况，如存在膈肌脚薄弱、缝合张力高等因素，个体化应用补片。这对于提高食管裂孔疝的治疗效果、减少并发症和复发具有重要意义。
