Abstract    Gallbladder cancer stands out from the gastrointestinal malignancies because of its unique epidemiological characteristics, femininity, difficulty in early diagnosis, and lack of effective treatment. With the gradual maturity and improvement of diagnostic criteria and expert consensus for gallbladder precancerous lesions, overdiagnosis has been avoided. At the same time, some types of invasive carcinoma have been more accurately defined. Pathological diagnosis is the key evidence to determine the character and progression of tumor, which is related to the prognosis of patients and the evaluation of comprehensive treatment options. Accurate pathological diagnosis is very important for the treatment of gallbladder cancer, especially standardized sampling.

摘要： 因独特的流行病学特征、女性倾向、难以早期诊断以及缺乏有效治疗手段等特点，胆囊癌备受关注。随着胆囊癌前病变的诊断标准和专家共识逐渐成熟完善，胆囊癌过度诊断已逐渐被避免，同时一些浸润性癌也得到了更准确的定义。病理学诊断是确定肿瘤性质和进展程度的关键证据，关系到病人的预后及综合治疗方案的评估。准确的病理学诊断对胆囊癌治疗至关重要，尤其是规范化的取材。
