Abstract    Metastasis and relapse account for the vast majority of tumor-related deaths.In most cases,the primary tumor will metastasize in a long time after cure,and some cases will relapse or metastasize in a short time.Commonly used anticancer drugs generally target actively dividing cancer cells.Dormant tumor cells are always therapy-resistant ,evading conventional therapies,resulting in short-term or long-term tumor recurrence.The molecular mechanism of tumor cell dormancy is not completely clear.Autophagy is highly active in dormant cancer cells.Many studies have preliminarily shown that autophagy plays a vital role in the initiation and maintenance of the dormant state of tumor cells and the switch from dormant state to proliferative state. Still, the underlying mechanism needs to be further demonstrated.

摘要: 转移和复发占肿瘤相关死亡的绝大多数。原发肿瘤治愈后或于数月、数年、数十年内出现复发转移。常用的抗癌药物通常作用于增殖活跃的癌细胞,肿瘤细胞在休眠状态下出现耐药并逃避常规治疗,导致近期或远期肿瘤复发,但相关分子机制尚不完全清楚。自噬在休眠的肿瘤细胞中高度活跃,多项研究初步表明自噬在肿瘤细胞休眠状态的启动和维持以及从休眠状态到增殖状态的转换中发挥了重要的作用,但具体机制有待进一步论证。
