Abstract    Venous diseases are the most common type of vascular disease，mainly including chronic venous insufficiency and venous thromboembolism. In recent years，with the rapid development of medical technologies, while the economic development in various regions in China is uneven，the hardware conditions and clinical experience in local hospitals are significantly different，all these factors result in the phenomenon of irregular diagnosis and treatment of venous diseases.Vascular surgeons need to constantly learn and master the latest standardized diagnosis and treatment concepts，and adopt the most suitable treatment methods for patients，in order to maximize the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients.

摘要： 静脉疾病是发病率最高的一类血管外科疾病，主要包括慢性静脉功能不全和静脉血栓栓塞。近年来随着医疗技术的飞速发展，同时因为我国各地区经济发展的不均衡，各级医院的硬件条件和经验技术存在较大差异，导致静脉疾病的诊疗面临着不够规范的现象。血管外科医师需要不断学习和掌握规范化的最新诊疗理念，并对病人采用最适合的治疗方法，才能最大程度提升治疗效果，提高病人的生活质量。
