Abstract    In recent years，the concepts and strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of human pancreatic cancer have been greatly updated and enriched. In order to provide better reference and guide clinical practice，Chinese Pancreatic Association，the Chinese Society of Surgery，Chinese Medical Association revised the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer in China（2014）. The revised guidelines mainly focused on the progress and updates of the diagnosis and surgical treatments of pancreatic cancer，which included many clinical research results from China in recent years. This paper summarizes the background，guiding principles，process，main content and style of the revision, and explains the relative highlights and hot issues for the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer in recent years，in order to improve the guidance of the clinical practice in China.

摘要： 近年来胰腺癌诊治理念与策略选择均有了较大的更新与丰富，为更好地为临床实践提供参考及指导，中华医学会外科学分会胰腺外科学组对《胰腺癌诊治指南（2014）》进行修订。新版指南在内容上注重科学性与权威性，结构上突出循证医学证据与实用性，体现了胰腺癌外科诊治内容的进展与更新，如基因学检测、液体活检技术在胰腺癌诊治中的应用；同时，增加了对我国原创临床研究成果的引用，注重对目前有争议的热点问题的讨论，在兼顾特殊性的同时强调一般性原则，进而提高对临床实践的指导性。
