Abstract    Thyroid carcinoma is the most common endocrine malignant tumor，and its incidence has been increasing in recent years. With the deepening of research between inflammation and tumors，scholars begin to pay attention to the important role of lymphocyte-related inflammation index in tumors，such as：neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio， platelet/lymphocyte ratio，lymphocyte/monocyte ratio. Among them，NLR can better reflect the changes in tumor activity during the treatment of radioiodine refractory differentiated thyroid cancer patients (RAIR DTC)； LMR plays a good auxiliary role in prognostic judgment and clinical decision-making of PTC patients；The study of PLR and the prognosis of thyroid cancer also suggests that the indicator has great potential for application. Each of the above inflammatory indexes has its own merits，and it is expected to become a novel and reliable tumor marker for predicting the prognosis of thyroid cancer.

摘要： 甲状腺癌是最常见的内分泌恶性肿瘤，近年来发病率不断升高。随着肿瘤炎症相关研究的不断深入，学者们开始关注淋巴细胞相关的炎症指数在肿瘤中的重要作用。淋巴细胞相关的炎症指数包括中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值（NLR）、淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值（LMR）、血小板/淋巴细胞比值（PLR）。其中，NLR可以较好地反映碘难治分化型甲状腺癌（RAIR DTC）病人治疗期间肿瘤活性的变化，LMR则在乳头状甲状腺癌（PTC）病人预后判断及临床决策中起到较好的辅助作用， PLR与甲状腺癌预后的研究亦提示该指标具有较大的应用潜力，上述炎症指数各有千秋，有望成为预测甲状腺癌预后新颖可靠的肿瘤标记物。
