Abstract    The condition of critically ill patients is complicated and the organ function is severely damaged. The enhanced recovery strategies in ICU should emphasize on individualized differences. From the assessment and optimization of organ function of patients before surgery, the necessity of admitting to ICU after surgery, to the enhanced recovery strategies in ICU, the concept of accelerated recovery will be integrated throughout the whole treatment.

摘要： 重症病人病情复杂，器官功能损伤严重，ICU内的加速康复策略制定应强调个体化差异。应从术前病人器官功能评估和优化、术后转入ICU必要性及ICU中加速康复策略制定三方面入手。对于普通外科重症病人的围手术期处理应将加速康复理念贯穿整个治疗过程。
