Abstract    The category of disease requiring surgical treatment is changing with the increaseing aging population, the growing number of complex immunological diseases, oncological diseases, organ transplantation etc. To adapt to the new situation, the concept of perioperative treatment is updated, and a new model of perioperative treatment naming perioperative surgical home is estabolishing, with multi-disciplinary team as fundemental, integrating multi-level medical institutions and resources of the whole society to achieve patient-centered comprehensive surgical treatment, aiming to optimize the whole treatment process of surgical diseases, and promote postoperative recovery of the patients.

摘要： 随着社会老龄化及环境、工作模式等外部因素的改变，外科治疗病种发生了巨大变化，需要外科治疗的复杂免疫疾病、肿瘤及器官移植等病种数量显著增加。为适应这一新形势，围手术期处理理念取得显著进步，学术界正在探索并建立以多学科团队为基础、多级医疗机构相互配合甚至整合全社会医疗资源共同参与的围手术期病人之家运行模式，实现以病人为中心、以优化外科疾病治疗全流程为目的的综合治疗体系，促进病人的术后康复。
