Abstract    Most patients with Crohn's disease require surgery due to disease-related complications in their course of disease. Patients with Crohn's disease with surgical indications are often in the stage of active disease, and complicated with risk factors such as intestinal obstruction, abdominal infection, and malnutrition, leading to surgical treated Crohn’s patients are prone to experience postoperative complications. Additional, preoperative use of corticosteroids, immunosuppressants and biological agents is associated with increased postoperative morbidity. No postoperative complications is the primary point in surgical treatment of Crohn's disease. Uneventful perioperative period as well as improved quality of life resulted from surgery are both important of high-quality surgery for Crohn's disease. Therefore, perioperative management and long-term disease treatment after surgery are particularly important to improve the quality of Crohn's disease-related surgery. Perioperative surgical home (PSH) is an innovative management mode for perioperative management, which is very suitable for the requirement of perioperative management of Crohn's disease, and is also important for the achievement of high-quality Crohn’s disease-related surgery

摘要： 手术是克罗恩病的重要治疗手段，外科治疗的克罗恩病病人常处于疾病活动期，存在肠梗阻、腹腔感染及营养不良等围手术期风险因素，属于术后并发症的高危人群。术前使用激素、免疫抑制剂及生物制剂等药物对围手术期安全性的影响亦不能忽视。无术后并发症是克罗恩病外科治疗的安全保障，高质量的克罗恩病手术不但要求病人平稳度过围手术期，还应该使病人获得生活质量的提高和长时间的疾病缓解。围手术期处理及术后的长程疾病管理对提高克罗恩病的手术质量尤为重要。围手术期外科之家是近年兴起的关于围手术期处理的创新型管理模式，非常契合克罗恩病外科治疗围手术管理的需要，也是克罗恩病病人获得高质量手术效果的必由之路。
