Abstract    The research achievements of latest evidence-based medicine of gastric cancer in Japan have enriched and improved the surgical treatment. Especially the popularization and standardization of laparoscopic gastrectomy, the establishment of accurate lymph node dissection and the new strategy of perioperative adjuvant chemotherapy have greatly improved the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.

摘要： 日本最新的胃癌循证医学研究成果，适时地充实和改进胃癌外科治疗模式，尤其是将腹腔镜胃切除术普及和标准化，精准淋巴结清扫范围的确立以及围手术期辅助化学疗法的新发现等，极大地改善了胃癌病人的预后。
