Abstract    Objective    To investigate the application of pancreatic duct stent in the enucleation of pancreatic tumor in proximity to the main pancreatic duct. Methods    A retrospective study of 9 patients who received pancreatic enucleation with preoperative or intraoperative pancreatic stenting in 2019 was performed.The clinical character，operation details，and pathological and postoperative information were analized. Results    The average distance between tumor and main pancreatic duct is （1.40±0.58）mm. 7 cases underwent pancreatic enucleation with preoperative pancreatic duct stenting and 2 cases with intraoperative pancreatic duct stenting.The pancreatic fistula rate of this cohort was 56.7%，and no Clavien-Dindo Ⅲ pancreatic fistula occurred.No mortality or reoperation occurred in these patients. Conclusion    Pancreatic endophytic tumors could be enucleated safely with preoperative or intraoperative stenting.

摘要： 目的    探讨胰管支架在胰腺近主胰管肿瘤摘除术中应用。方法    回顾性分析中国医学科学院北京协和医院2019年1月至2019年12月行胰腺肿瘤摘除术并在术前或术中使用胰管支架的9例病人临床资料，分析其临床特点、并发症情况。结果    9例病人中，8例可以明确测量肿瘤距离主胰管的距离，为（1.40±0.58）mm；术前放置胰管支架7例，术中放置胰管支架2例。均无手术相关死亡，所有病人均无二次手术，B级胰瘘发生率56.7%，无C级胰瘘，术后仅1例病人出现Clavien-Dindo Ⅲ 级并发症。结论    胰腺近主胰管肿瘤在放置胰管支架下行肿瘤摘除术安全可行。
