Abstract    The incidence of parathyroid carcinoma is not high, but its incidence increases in recent years. The benign and malignant tumors of parathyroid gland overlap in clinical and pathological features. There are still many doubts and difficulties in preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative diagnosis and treatment decisions. However, paying attention to the malignant endocrine tumor and adapting active surgical treatment strategy will significantly improve the prognosis of patients. In addition, further study on the molecular mechanism of the oncogenesis and development of parathyroid cancer is helpful for differential diagnosis and treatment and provides new auxiliary means for clinical surgical decision-making.

摘要：

甲状旁腺癌虽然发生率不高，但近年来发病率逐年增高。甲状旁腺的良恶性肿瘤在临床特征和病理学表现方面有重叠，在术前、术中和术后的诊断以及治疗决策中，仍然存在很多疑惑和难点。尽管如此，重视这种恶性内分泌肿瘤，采取积极的手术治疗策略，将会明显改善病人的预后。此外，进一步对甲状旁腺癌发生和发展的分子机理进行深入研究，不但有助于鉴别诊断和治疗，同时，还能为临床外科手术决策提供新的辅助手段。
