吲哚菁绿荧光成像在复发性肝癌手术治疗中的应用

Abstract    The recurrence rate of primary hepatocellular carcinoma is very high,and repetitive resection is still the best treatment for operable recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma. Indocyanine green(ICG) has been widely used and popularized in resection of hepatocellular carcinoma,provides more possibilities and diversity for the surgical treatment of recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma. Combined with preoperative imaging,three-dimensional imaging technology and intraoperative ultrasound,ICG can effectively improve the radical and accuracy of the operation for recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma. ICG-guided hepatectomy is appropriate for the new concept and technical system of liver surgery advocated by modern medical model, and realizes functional and anatomical hepatectomy for recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma.

摘要:

原发性肝癌复发率高,手术切除仍是治疗复发性肝癌的最有效方法。近年来,随着分子影像技术的发展,吲哚箐绿(ICG)荧光成像技术作为一种简单有效的术中导航工具,为复发性肝癌的手术治疗提供了更多的可能性及多样性。将ICG荧光成像技术与术前影像、三维成像技术、术中超声相结合,能够有效提高复发性肝癌手术的根治性和精准度。ICG引导的肝切除更加符合现代综合医学模式倡导的全新肝脏外科理念和技术体系,实现复发性肝癌的功能解剖性肝切除。
