Abstract    With the aging of population and the improvement of living standard in China，the incidence of vascular diseases is increasing year by year，and the technology and level of vascular surgery are increasing.In particular，the gradual deepening of the concept of endovascular therapy and the clinical application of various new technologies and materials have greatly promoted the rapid development of vascular surgery.However，how to standardize the application of those new technologies and new materials to treat vascular surgical diseases is an important issue that should be paid attention to in clinical practice.

摘要：

随着人口老龄化和人们生活方式的转变，我国进入了血管疾病的高发时期。在过去20年间，各种新技术的应用促进了血管外科的快速发展，血管腔内治疗的理念也逐渐深入人心。然而，许多新技术还在试用阶段，距离成熟应用还需要经历一个较长的过程。因此，在熟练掌握常规技术的基础上，规范化应用新技术，不仅可降低并发症发生率和失败风险，还有助于促进临床医生更好地理解、掌握新技术，使病人获益。
