Abstract:

Abstract    Ethics is a moral philosophy，a science that defines correct behavior. In clinical practice, we must follow the principles of medical ethics，to protect the interests of patients. Common ethical issues in surgical clinical practice are: supervision of clinical research，comprehensive informed consent，protection of patients in the doctor's learning curve，and rights of relatively vulnerable groups，conflict of interest and choice of placebo/sham surgery. Only by protecting the interests of patients can we really promote the development of surgery.

摘要：

伦理学是道德哲学，是定义正确行为的科学。在临床实践中，须遵循医学伦理学原则，保护病人的利益。外科临床实践中常见的伦理学问题有：临床研究的监管、全面知情同意、医生学习曲线中对病人的保护、相对弱势群体的权益、利益冲突和安慰剂或假手术的选择。惟有保护病人利益，方能真正推动外科学的发展。
