Abstract    The prognosis of M1 pancreatic cancer is extremely poor and radical resection is not useful in terms of patients’ survival. In recent years，with the progress of preoperative and adjuvant therapy in pancreatic cancer，some pancreatic centers tried to perform radical surgery for M1 disease. At present，there is still a lot of controversy over the radical excision of resectable liver metastases，positive peritoneal cytology and para-aortic lymph node metastases in pancreatic cancer patients，and high quality clinical studies are needed to answer the questions.

摘要：

转移性胰腺癌预后极差，既往认为，手术切除对病人生存无益。近年来，随着术前及术后辅助治疗的进步，部分单位开始尝试对可切除的转移性胰腺癌行手术治疗。目前，对肝转移、腹腔脱落细胞检查阳性及腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移的可切除胰腺癌病人是否行根治性切除仍存巨大争议，有待于开展高质量的临床研究得出结论。
