Abstract    The revised version of Japanese Classification of Gastric Carcinoma（the 15th edition）has been released lately. On the basis of the basic principles and staging of the 14th edition, many aspects have been modified, including: diagnostic criteria of the esophagogastric junction carcinoma; treatment methods of specimens; measuring methods of submucosal infiltration distance; contents of endoscopic resection ; figure of lymph node regions, subgroup of No.6 lymph nodes; evaluation of tumor progression according to TNM staging; deletion contents of the residual tumor by endoscopic excision, pathological checklist, histological classification, histological evaluation of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

最新发布的第15版日本《胃癌处理规约》在遵循第14版的基本原则和分期基础上，在食管胃结合部癌的诊断基准、标本的处理方法、黏膜下浸润距离测定方法、内镜切除病例记载内容、淋巴结分区图、No.6淋巴结亚分类、依据TNM分期进行肿瘤进展程度的评价法、内镜切除肿瘤残留记录内容的删减、切除标本的病理学记载检查表、组织学分类、化学治疗和放射治疗的组织学效果评估方法等方面进行了修改。
