Abstract    Recent advancement of treatment technology and strategy has improved the efficacy of multidisciplinary approach and prolonged the survival of advanced gastric cancer. Laparoscopy has scaled out its application in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer，from diagnosis laparoscopy improving the treatment decision-making to laparoscopic surgery in palliative treatment, laparoscopy-assisted hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy and conversion surgery. Laparoscopy brings safe and effective choice for the patients with minimally invasive intent.

摘要：

近年来，随着诊断技术和治疗策略的进步，多学科干预模式使晚期胃癌病人的生存有所改善。腹腔镜技术在晚期胃癌治疗中的应用领域不断扩大，从诊断性腹腔镜辅助临床诊断及决策，到应用腹腔镜实施姑息性手术、腹腔镜结合腹腔热灌注置管化疗、转化手术等，以减少创伤为目的的腹腔镜技术为晚期胃癌的综合治疗提供了更多安全、有效的治疗选择。
