Abstract    Peripheral arterial disease is a common vascular disease with an increasing incidence. Appropriate diagnosis and management are helpful to improve symptoms and salvage limbs. In recent years, with the advantage of less invasive compared to surgery, endovascular surgery is used widespread for peripheral arterial disease. However, there are various opinions regarding proper indications and procedure methods for interventional recanalization. Clinical practice guidelines based on evidence could assist physicians to make individual decisions for patients.

摘要：

周围动脉疾病发病率逐年升高，准确的诊断以及合理的治疗能够帮助病人减轻病痛、提高保肢率。近年来，血管腔内治疗较传统手术具有创伤小的优点，因而应用趋于广泛，但也仍存争议。基于循证医学研究发布的临床治疗指南可为临床医生治疗策略的制定提供重要的参考价值。
