Abstract    The basic principles of inverted nipple correction surgery are adequate release of fibrous bands pulling the nipple retraction and nipple substrate support tissue reconstruction. The most commonly used corrective surgery includes breast tissue flap method and areola dermal flap method. In recent years, acellular allograft dermal matrix or artificial dermis filling method as a new simple minimally invasive corrective surgery has better prospects.

摘要：

乳头内陷矫正手术的基本原则主要为松解牵拉乳头内陷的组织和乳头基底支持组织重建。目前常用的矫正手术方法包括乳腺组织瓣法和乳晕真皮瓣法。而近年来应用的脱细胞异体真皮或人工真皮填充法，作为一种新兴方法，其创伤小，手术简单，具有更好的应用前景。
