Abstract    With the development of laparoscopic instruments, laparoscopy has become the integration of diagnosis and treatment and is useful for the majority of conditions underlying acute abdominal pain. To use the laparoscopic technique for acute abdomen reasonably，it should not only obey the guidelines，but also develop surgeons’ own approach，taking into account the clinical situation，surgeons’ proficiency and the experience of the team with the various techniques.

摘要：

随着腹腔镜器械的不断发展，腹腔镜技术已由最初的诊断性技术发展为诊断和治疗一体化，其兼顾诊断和治疗的特性使其在急腹症的诊治中可发挥更大的作用。在遵循腹腔镜诊疗急腹症规范的同时，还应更多地结合临床实际，才能更好地做到合理应用。
