Abstract    In recent years, the detection rate of small gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is increasing. There is still lack of guidelines and consensus for the management of patients with small GIST at home and abroad. For the small GIST with diameter less than 2 cm, surgeons should make clinical strategies including follow-up, therapeutic endoscopy or surgical therapy based on clinical manifestation and biological behavior combined with malignancy risk level and individual differences to guarantee safety and radical therapy.

摘要：

近年来，小胃肠间质瘤 (GIST) 检出率呈逐年增高趋势。对于小GIST病人，目前国内外尚缺乏统一的诊疗共识及指南。对于直径＜2 cm的小GIST，应根据临床表现及生物学行为，并结合肿瘤恶性危险度及病人个体化差异，在确保治疗的安全性及根治性基础上，选择随访观察、内镜治疗或外科治疗。
