Abstract    Breast disease is one of the most common diseases of women worldwide. Although the clinical diagnosis and treatment has progressed rapidly in recent years, surgical procedures are still very important treatment methods of breast diseases. Chinese Society of Breast Surgery (CSBrS) Practice Guideline 2021 compiled by Chinese Society of Breast Surgery will soon be published. Referred to GRADE (Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation) system, the expert group of CSBrS conducted in-depth discussions on 20 basic problems of breast surgery in China, and prioritized levelⅠand levelⅡevidences into the guideline evaluation system based on the characteristics of clinical research outcomes in China. Meanwhile, expert group also comprehensively considered the accessibility of the guideline in clinical practice in China, and gave recommendations with different strength. The aim of the guideline was to provide feasible reference for Chinese breast surgeons in clinical practice.
