Abstract    Coagulation disorder seriously affect prognosis of perioperative patients. Trauma-induced coagulopathy due to severe trauma or massive transfusion and consumptive coagulopathy due to severe sepsis are two major types of perioperative coagulation disorder. Different pathogenesis and treatment strategies need to be known which are important for management of perioperative patients.
