Abstract    Fluid therapy in perioperative patients with septic shock has been the focus of attention. Early goal-directed therapy (EGDT) remains the core in fluid therapy in perioperative patients. Goal-directed fluid therapy (GDT) has gradually become widely recognized strategy. The different types of fluid (crystalloid and colloid) should be concerned，especially hydroxyethyl starch (HES). Besides some other medication should be concerned such as vasoactive drug, myocardium inotropic agent and glucocorticoids.
