Abstract    In last decade, with the application of endovascular technique and progress of related subjects, new diagnosis and treatment methods of vascular surgery were developed fast which improved the detection rate and the efficacy of vascular diseases. The new difficulties and the attractive focus are arising subsecquently such as the endovascular treatment of complicated aortic dissection or aneurysm and the treatment of rupture aortic aneurysm or acute dissection. Meanwhile, on artery diseases, the treatment selection of carotid artery stenosis and low extremity arterial occlusive diseases as well as the restenosis or the efficacy after treatment of these arterial diseases should be focused. On vein diseases, the anticoagulant and thrombolysis of acute DVT treatment and minimal invasive treatment of chronic venous insufficiency are also the clinical problems which should be investigated and studied further by vascular surgeons.
