Abstract Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has become the golden standard in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis. There are a variety of minimally invasive treatment methods existed at present. Compared with other ways, laparoscopic choledocholithotomy bile duct exploration (LCBDE) has the advantages of less invasive in trauma, lower medical costs so that the operation has been extensively applied all over the world. The bile duct exploration and the manipulate under the laparoscope are much more difficult for its lack of three-dimensional stereoscopic vision and hand assisted tactile sensation, so that the prevention of injuries of choledocho-pancreatico-duodenal junctions becomes a especially crucial problem.
