Abstract Surgical treatment is an important means in modern medicine. But the invasiveness and injury of surgery itself constitutes the basis of complications, which compromise the quality of life and increase postoperative mortality. So fully understanding the causes of complications and efficient control of surgical invasion and risk factors are proposed. Effective preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative management combined with high quality surgery under the modern surgical theoretical guidance in each stage and scenario of surgical treatment can reduce postoperative morbidity and mortality.
