Abstract    Interventional therapy is a new subject of image and clinical combination, which is divided into vascular and non vascular interventional therapy according to the different treatment way. Interventional therapy in the application of the soft tissue tumors mainly include arterial infusion chemotherapy, embolization, radiofrequency ablation, microwave ablation, argon-helium cryoablation therapy and radioactive particle implantation, etc. Interventional therapy of soft tissue tumors middle-late as an important part of combined therapy for more and more attention in improving the limb salvage rate, restraining postoperative relapse, reducing the pathological staging effectively, relieving symptoms and improving quality of life has a positive effect. According to tumor location, size, around a visceral relationship, patient age and the general situation, choosing appropriate interventional treatment is important particularly.
