Abstract    In order to avoid misdiagnoses and incorrect treatments in soft tissue tumors, we should pay great attention to the first time diagnosis and try our bests in giving a correct diagnosis when using a correct physical examination. We should also know all the advantages and disadvantages of biopsy before operation. Combined knowledge of clinical, image and pathology should be used when making diagnosis. Besides these, we should further master the applications of tests of molecular biology and gene in diagnoses of soft tissue tumors.
