Abstract As the surgery of AAA is complicated, it is necessary to design a proper treatment before surgery. The original CTA images are segmented and reconstructed by digital medical technology to create a visible digital human. With the clear visible interrelationship between organs and vessels, digital medical technology contributes to preoperative evaluation and selecting preferable surgical interference and improves the achievement ratio of open surgery and endovascular exclusion. As the digital medical technology develops, it can be used in the guidance of remote surgery, intraoperative navigation and robotic surgery in the future.
