Abstract    Accurate assessment can eliminate unnecessary surgical trauma, fully utilize limited medical resources, and provide patients with the most appropriate treatments. Currently, CT angiography (CTA) is a common imaging technique used to assess tumor resectability; however, this method has some imaging techniques defects. Abdominal vascular and pancreatic neoplasm, reconstructed by the Medical Image Three-dimensional Visualization System of Abdomen can clearly show the spatial relationship between tumor and its peripheral vascular, which allowed us to establish a set of novel criteria for resectability assessment to conduct preoperative auxiliary diagnosis and resectability assessments. Digital medical technology could perform a high value of clinical practice by improving the accuracy of the diagnosis and the success rate of the resection of pancreatic cancer.
