Abstract    Endovascular aortic repair has become the main therapeutic means of abdominal aortic aneurysm gradually. It has many advantages, such as lower requirements on the patient's general condition, less blood loss and trauma, faster postoperative recovery and shorter hospitalization time, widen the scope of operation and solved a lot of problems that they were still difficulties originally. However, it still needs  reasonable choice of the indications, the investigation of contraindication, and focusing on the patient's wishes. Along with the increasing in the number of clinical cases of endovascular surgery, some practical difficult problems have been encountered to solve, which need to accumulate experiences continuously, understand the technical points, through material improvements and technological advances to be perfect.
