Different paths lead to the same end?——differentiation between dilutional and consumptive coagulopathy MA Xiao-chun. Department of ICU (Intensive Care Unit), the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, Shenyang 110001, China
Abstract The hemorrhagic shock caused by trauma and septic shock caused by infection are both accompanied by severe acquired coagulopathy, which is one of the most common clinical problems in the surgical field.
