Abstract    The minimally invasive treatment method of biliary stenting with duodenoscopy or percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage(PTBD)may be used for the palliative treatment of unresectable head of pancreatic tumor if the expected survival time of patients is short, or clear distant metastasis is found, or the patients have contraindication for surgery because of elderly and frail and poor general condition. Otherwise, laparotomy should be carried out. The cholangiojejunostomy with gastroenterostomy is the best choice for internal drainage of unresectable head of pancreatic tumor. If the pancreatic hypertension is obvious, the pancreaticojejunostomy should be performed. It is the best choice of pancreaticojejunostomy, cholangiojejunostomy and gastroenterostomy for the digestive tract reconstruction sequence.
