Abstract    Pancreaticoduodenectomy is one of the most challenging operations in the field of abdominal surgery because of its long time of operation, complexity of procedure, large extent of resection and greater demand for digestive tract reconstruction. Many new reconstruction methods have emerged by the efforts of all surgeons persistent hardworking. Moreover, choosing the most reasonable reconstruction method is the key factor that decides the outcome of pancreaticoduodenectomy. Choosing a reasonable reconstruction method which surgeon manages best is important for preventing postoperative complications.
