Abstract    Digestive tract reconstruction after gastrectomy is the one of the keys to the success of surgery. The uniform standards have not been formed in digestive tract reconstruction for laparoscopic-assisted gastrectomy (LAG) by now. It is more difficult and higher technical requirements for digestive reconstruction through the small incision after LAG. In order to choose an applicable reconstruction which can reduce incidence of postoperative complications and ensure a good quality of life for patients after gastrectomy, operators need to not only have experience in conventional open surgery, but also accord the characteristics of tumors.
