Abstract    Based on the basic anatomy of the inguinal region, the two types of inguinal hernia tension-free repair concept and operation are illustrated, which is tension-free repair of the posterior wall of “the inguinal box ”and“ myopectineal orifice" preperitoneal tension-free repair. Operating steps of the two types of surgery, key points and difficult processing are described and discussed.The authors wish surgeons endeavour to learn inguinal hernia tension-free repair in order to achieve the best efficacy of surgical treatment.
