Abstract    Total thyroidectomy is in increasing numbers, and how to protect parathyroid and prevent severe parathyroid injury has become a very important issue. Surgical classification management system, training of specialist, consciousness of responsibility in operator, intraoperative handling finely and checking carefully, immediately autograft of parathyroid compose the complete prevention regulation, which can reduce the incidence of permanent hypoparathyroidism.
