Selection of nutritional formulations of the patients with liver injury during perioperation        DONG Ming. Department of Gastroenterological Surgery, the First Hospital of China Medical University, Shenyang 110001, China
Abstract    To the perioperative patients with liver injury, the nutritional therapy is one of the important problems facing frequently with surgeons. The therapeutic method must be considered not only providing the metabolic and nutritional support,but also avoiding or reducing the further deterioration of liver function as far as possible. It is the premise for selecting nutritional formulations correctly to the patients with liver injury during perioperation that mastering the normal physiological functions of liver and evaluating methods of liver function and the main points of selecting nutritional formulations.
