Abstract With the development and deepening of translational medicine, the cell therapy was used clinically and specifically made progress in regeneration therapy of severe liver diseases. It indicates the concomitance of achievement and difficulty. In order to solve the actual problem in clinical and basal study, we need to standardize the technique, to enhance the research and to keep good development of the cell therapy.
