Abstract Lower extremity arterial disease(LEAD) is one of peripheral arterial disease with cardiovascular atherosclerotic disease same cause of partial performance. Lower extremity rest pain, gangrene amputation rate, high mortality and high incidence of serious diseases affect human health. LEAD treatment in a variety of methods should consider risk factors for atherosclerosis therapy for primary prevention and underlying causes actively. Antithrombotic therapy may be the main treatment of LEAD, but also to intervene is necessary in perioperative surgery or LEAD adjuvant therapy. LEAD drugs in clinical use should be based on guidelines but also to individual treatment
