Abstract    Locoregional recurrence of colon cancer after radical resection is influenced both by the characteristics and stage of the tumor, and experience, volume of cases and technique of the surgeon. The decision of reoperation depends on the type and location of recurrence, extent of recurrent lesions, general condition of patients and the corresponding experience of the surgeon.
