Abstract    Objective    To study the application of vascularized pedicle flap on the treatment of extremities soft tissue sarcoma. Methods    The clinical data of 16 cases of extremities soft tissue sarcoma performed vascularized pedicle flap graft from July 2005 to July 2009 in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were analyzed retrospectively. Results    One case of medial plantar artery skin flap necrosis healed after second time free skin graft dermatoplasty. One case of muscle flap margin necrosis healed after change of dressing. The other fourteen cases healed well. All the sixteen cases had no recurrence in their life span. Conclusion    Extremities soft tissue sarcoma can be healed with a margin large excision and vascularized pedicle flap dermatoplasty.
